Refund & Return Policy

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE:

If the product does not meet your expectations within the first 7 days since delivery, you're eligible to return the item.

The item must be in the same conditions as received. We'll provide a pre-paid return label to send the package.

If we receive the package damaged, without its custom box, internal protection or any other piece included before, you will be charged for $10 that will be deducted from your refund amount.

As soon as we receive the package in our offices in Miami, we'll provide you a full refund. It usually takes around 4-5 business days to receive the amount in your bank account.

If 7 business days have passed and you're still without receiving the money back, please send us an e-mail to info@clinsoul.com and we'll get back to you within 24 hours.

ATTENTION: IF YOU ASK FOR A RETURN AFTER 7 DAYS, YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR IT. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO READ THIS POLICY BEFORE OR AFTER YOUR PURCHASE.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@clinsoul.com with the subject RETURN + ORDER NUMBER. 

REPLACEMENTS:

If the product has an internal problem or any other system defect, you're eligible for a replacement within the first 30 days prior to purchase. 

We'll provide you a return label to send the product back to our offices. Inspection could take around 5-7 business days. After that, you'll receive a new product without any cost.

ATTENTION: BROKEN PRODUCTS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR A REPLACEMENT ONLY WITHIN 24 HOURS PRIOR TO PURCHASE. IF 24 HOURS HAS PASSED AND YOU CLAIM ABOUT A BROKEN PRODUCT, YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REPLACEMENT. 

REFUNDS & ORDER CANCELLATION:

If the product is still being processed, you're eligible for order cancellation and full refund. If you order was already fulfilled and you received a USPS or DHL tracking number and you want to cancel, you MUST wait until the package arrives to start the return process (please, read MONEY BACK GUARANTEE section explained above).
